The Modern Farm and Artisan Co-op is a Southern Utah business that is committed to growing and supporting local artisinal businesses. We started out as a farmers market and slowly grew. While hosting these events, our vendors expressed dreams of growing big and the need for an affordable option to step into their calling. Out of this need, the passion and dedication for the MoFACo storefront was born. The MoFACo brick-and-mortar location offers artisans an opportunity to be showcased in a prime real estate setting, helping them to grow their customer base.  In addition, our vendors are featured here giving them a powerful presence online.

We are completely unique in that we pay our artisans 75% of all their sales. Keeping only 25% for administration fees. Meaning 100% of your purchase STAYS in our sweet little desert community. 

Every MoFA is carefully vetted and researched to make sure we represent the best Southern Utah has to offer.
