This piece was inspired after losing my wallet during a recent vacation, in 2020 during all the chaos in the world. Luckily, it was returned… completely intact. All the credit cards, traveling cash, driver’s license, everything was there! When we returned to our car, we bowed our heads and thanked god for sending us angels that day. We don’t know who the good Samaritan was, but we are so grateful for their integrity. During this time in life, I get lost in the craziness of so much anger, hate and feeling like everyone is out for their own agenda; that I lose track of the real goodness in the world. That there’s so many of us out there that are blessed, full of love and want the best for our family and others, and are willing to live in that. I wanted to create a piece that showed my gratitude from this event. When I awoke the next day, I looked up the symbol for an upside down peace sign, which turns out to mean “endless peace.” This is my intention and gift to give back to anyone in the world that may need some peace and love in their life. This piece is called “The Spread of Endless Peace and Love.” As it was being created, feelings of love, hope, gratitude, inspiration, peace, integrity, goodness, blessings, etc. was being poured into this artwork and into a collective space in the universe that represents this piece. In my heart, I believe there will always be an endless supply, and for anyone who looks or thinks about this piece of art, and who is wanting some peace and love in their life are welcome to draw upon that energy.
