Moonrise Over HoodoosMPE126
Hoodoos are the distinctive characteristic that sets apart Bryce National Park from anywhere else in the world! That beautiful landscape is what inspired this piece. Mokume Gane and bronze pine needle castings make this pendant unique and unable to be replicated!
Mokume Gane is a Japanese metalworking technique that produces a mixed-metal laminate with distinctive layered patterns
Pine Needle Casting is a process where pine needles are gathered, bound together and placed in a metal can in a vertical position. The casting metal is melted and poured directly into the pine needles. The results are always different and the resulting shapes and textures as well.
