Digestive Tea Blend

A delicious after dinner (or any meal) tea with a blend of seeds, peels, leafs, roots and flowers to encourage digestion. A unity of digestive stimulants and supportive herbs will keep your digestive tract clean and efficient.

Chamomile- helps to relieve IBS by soothing the soft tissue of our stomach and bowels.

Peppermint- Decreases inflammation, eases stomach pains that are caused by gas and bloating. 

Orange Peel- Prevents constipation, and improves digestion. Helps fight acidity and heartburn.

Ginger Root- Alleviates nausea and cramping by releasing digestive enzymes to break down food. Speeds up metabolism and eases bloating. 

Licorice Root- Prevents ulcers, protects stomach from excessive stomach acid by increasing digestive enzymes. 

Cardamom- Cooling, relieves acidity, and is good for stomach pains and nausea.  

Ingredients: Chamomile*, Orange Peel*, Peppermint**, Cardamom*, Ginger Root*, Licorice Root*. *Certified Organic. **Locally grown/harvested.

Suggested Use: After a meal, pour boiling water over 1-2 tsp of herbal tea blend. Let steep for 10-15 min. The reason why I suggest a longer steep, is to really allow the boiling water to pull out the medicine from the tough root herbs.
