Cold Care Tea

A warming blend of herbs to support you through cold season. This blend has a nice light spice to it and a mild sweetness. A unity of immune supporting herbs, and soothing respiratory and lymphatic herbs to keep your body strong and feeling better during a cold. 

Ingredients: Elderberry*, Yarrow Flowers*, Peppermint** Hyssop**, Rose Hips**, Cinnamon Bark*, Ginger Root*, Cloves*, Licorice Root*.

Suggested Use: 1 Tbsp. per cup of hot water (4-8oz), cover, steep 5-15 min. Drink as needed to support your body through it's cold and to assist in ease of symptoms.

I would suggest a longer steep, the longer that you steep the more medicine you will receive from the herbs.
