Jana York

Ms. York is a certified mindfulness and meditation teacher.
She has been a children’s mindfulness educator and a
mindfulness practitioner for more than a decade.
Ms. York is a local author and has conducted research and
written on mindfulness.
Her main passion is teaching adults and children how to
reduce anxiety and self-regulate while being in the present
moment.
Ms. York has taught mindfulness in Japan, Thailand, and the
US to public and international schools for students in diverse
cultures.
